Description - The Markham roof lantern is our smallest pyramid rooflight in 'The Classic Collection'. Like it's sister from the Linear range - The Hoxton roof lantern it's ideal in smaller areas. However used in numbers ie specifying 2 or 3 in the same space can really add interest to a room.

Construction - Engineered Sapele internal frame with external aluminum capping system.

Glazing – Self cleaning high performance dual-sealed double glazed units. Two leaves of 4mm clear toughened safety glass, a 16mm Argon gas filled cavity. Soft-coat low-emissivity heat reflective coating to the cavity face of the inner-leaf. The thermal u-value of the roof glazing units is 1.2. Roof pitch – 25 degrees.

Weight – approx. 134 kg.

Ventilation - Can be specified with up to 4no. passive vents. Please see available options.

Ornamentation - Can be specified with 1no. decorative finials. Please see available options for full range.

Colours – Roof exterior: aluminum rafter, hip and ridge cappings factory finished in CLASSIC WHITE or SLATE GREY. Roof interior: factory finished sapele timber in CLASSIC WHITE.

Critical dimension – Internal kerb, timber to timber: 1.115m x 1.115m on plan.

Availabilty – Approximately 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation.
