The Highbury Roof Lantern

Description - The Highbury roof lantern is the largest rectangular shaped rooflight in "The Linear Roof Lantern Collection". It's large footprint is ideal for maximising light into a space and adjacent rooms.

Construction - Engineered Sapele internal frame with external aluminum capping system.

Glazing – self cleaning high performance dual-sealed double glazed units comprise two leaves of 4mm clear toughened safety glass, a 16mm Argon gas filled cavity, and include soft-coat low-emissivity heat reflective coating to the cavity face of the inner-leaf. The thermal u-value of the roof glazing units is 1.2. Solar glass can be specified. For further details please see available options.

Roof pitch – 25 degrees.

Weight – approx. 119 kg.

Ventilation - Can be specified with up to 4no. passive vents. Please see available options.

Colours – Roof exterior: aluminum rafter, hip and ridge cappings factory finished in CLASSIC WHITE or SLATE GREY. Roof interior: factory finished sapele timber in CLASSIC WHITE

Critical dimension – Internal kerb, timber to timber: 2.205m x 1.660m on plan.
