Description - The Brompton roof lantern is our smallest rectangular shaped rooflight in 'The Classic Collection'. The Roof lantern's proportions are perfect for inclusion into smaller areas such as bathrooms or hallways.

Construction - Engineered Sapele internal frame with external aluminum capping system.

Glazing – Self cleaning high performance dual-sealed double glazed units. Two leaves of 4mm clear toughened safety glass, a 16mm Argon gas filled cavity. Soft-coat low-emissivity heat reflective coating to the cavity face of the inner-leaf. The thermal u-value of the roof glazing units is 1.2. Roof pitch – 25 degrees.

Weight – approx. 176 kg.

Ventilation - Can be specified with up to 2no. 'single paned' electric vents and / or 4no. passive vents. Please see available options.

Ornamentation - Can be specified with 2no. decorative finials. Please see available options for full range.

Colours – Roof exterior: aluminum rafter, hip and ridge cappings factory finished in CLASSIC WHITE or SLATE GREY. Roof interior: factory finished sapele timber in CLASSIC WHITE.

Critical dimension – Internal kerb, timber to timber: 1.660m x 1.115m on plan.

Availabilty – Approximately 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation.
