Description - The Egerton roof lantern due to its size is very versatile and can be used in many different types of extensions / projects. Used as a pair they can help define the function of the room below e.g. one above a kitchen and the other above a living room / sitting area.
Construction - Engineered Sapele internal frame with external aluminum capping system.
Glazing – Self cleaning high performance dual-sealed double glazed units. Two leaves of 4mm clear toughened safety glass, a 16mm Argon gas filled cavity. Soft-coat low-emissivity heat reflective coating to the cavity face of the inner-leaf. The thermal u-value of the roof glazing units is 1.2. Roof pitch – 25 degrees.
Weight – approx. 309 kg.
Ventilation - Can be specified with up to 4no. passive vents. Please see available options.

Colours – Roof exterior: aluminum rafter, hip and ridge cappings factory finished in CLASSIC WHITE or SLATE GREY. Roof interior: factory finished sapele timber in CLASSIC WHITE.
