Flat Rooflights

Here at Just Roof Lanterns we are proud to offer a range of flat rooflights. Designed with minimal roof frames they bring maximum light into any home whatever the style of property. A truly fantastic alternative for those who don't want or cannot specify a roof lantern due to site restrictions.

Sitting flush with the internal plaster line, the flat rooflight appears frameless from the room below, creating the illusion of an open roof space. The contemporary external design with flush glazing gives a stunning sleek, modern appearance.

Each rooflight is manufactured in aluminium with a structural PVCu internal core with high performance double glazing. Overall U-value (frame and glass) of 1.3 W/m²K.

All flat rooflights come as standard with toughened double glazing - 6mm active neutral solar/16mm gas/6mm Low e (U-value 1.0 w/m²k)/self cleaning. Neutral is slightly grey in appearance.

The flat rooflights are available in white, grey, black or dual colours - grey outside, white inside or black outside, white inside.

The rooflights have been designed to be fixed onto the inside edge of the upstand detail. Sizes shown are unfinished internal kerb dimensions. For more information, please see the kerb upstand detail.

Designed to sit on a kerb width of 80mm not including plasterboard or external weathering details.
