Aluminium Roof Lantern Finials & Cresting

Decorative finials and cresting can be added to an aluminium roof lantern to create a more traditional architectural appearance. They are particularly suited to period properties, orangeries and projects where additional detailing at ridge level complements the character of the building.

Current decorative options include Ball Finials, Fleur-de-Lys Finials and Fleur-de-Lys Cresting. Finials are positioned at the ends of the ridge, while cresting runs along the ridge to provide a more pronounced decorative feature.

For contemporary projects, the roof lantern can simply be specified without ornamentation, retaining the clean, minimalist appearance of the aluminium frame.

Decorative ridge details should be specified when ordering and are subject to the design and configuration of the individual roof lantern.
